Brian Reeve, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Brian Reeve is Chief Financial Officer for Smash Franchise Partners. He joined the company in June 2021 and leads the finance and technology teams. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, Mr. Reeve served as CFO for Hotel Capital, LLC, a private equity hospital investment bank. He has also held leading financial roles for HDG Mansur, Citimark, Lauth Property Group, and The Pritsker Corporation. Mr. Reeve has a BA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Chuck Sullivan is Chief Marketing Officer for Smash Franchise Partners. He joined the company in September 2020 and leads the marketing team. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, Mr. Sullivan was CMO for Senior Helpers. He has also held marketing leadership roles at K12, Hilton Worldwide, Fiat Chrysler, and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Sullivan has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Michigan State University.
Chief Political Affairs & Communications Officer
Jer Dunlap is Chief Political Affairs & Communications Officer for Smash Franchise Partners. He joined the company in May 2021 and leads the Public Relations, Learning & Development, and Field Support teams. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, Mr. Dunlap was President of Whole Training Solutions. He also served as lead trainer for Baker Communications Institute. Mr. Dunlap has a BS from Cedarville University.
Vice President, Franchise Engagement and Development
Mike Watorski is Vice President of Franchise Engagement for Smash Franchise Partners. He joined the company as a Regional Sales Manager in early 2021, and was promoted to VP of Franchise Operations in September 2021. He leads the field-based team of Franchise Business Consultants. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, Mr. Watorski held franchise development leadership positions with several major franchise operations.
Vice President of National Sales
Chuck Adams is Vice President of National Sales for Smash Franchise Partners. He joined the company in September 2021. Mr. Adams has 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and sales leader for companies ranging from dot.com startups to hyper-growth SMBS and Fortune 50 companies. Previously, he was SVP of Sales for High Level Marketing, a 100-person Google Premier Partner digital agency. He also owns several Smash My Trash franchises. Mr. Adams has a BS from the University of Alabama.
Vice President of National Sales
Hugh Lee is Vice President of National Sales for Smash Franchise Partners. He joined the company in September 2021. Mr. Lee is a top-producing sales leader with 23 years of sustained sales and management experience across a diverse set of organizations. Previously, he held sales leadership roles at Viincari, PeriGen Electronic Fetal Monitoring, and GE Healthcare. He is also an owner of a Smash My Trash franchise. Mr. Lee has an MBA and a BS from the University of Alabama.
Vice President of National Sales
John Loveys is Vice President of National Sales for Smash Franchise Partners. He joined the company in April 2022. Mr. Loveys has more than 25 years of experience as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, and sales leader. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, he served as President & CEO of CleanSlate, VP of Sales for Preferred Partner, and a sales executive for IBM. Mr. Loveys has a BS from McMaster University.
Vice President of Operations
Paul Nejezchleb is Vice President of Operations. He joined the company in January 2021 and leads business operations in multiple states. Mr. Nejezchleb has more than 20 years of experience in the recycling and waste management industries. Prior to Smash, he held leadership and managerial roles with Mervis Industries and Heritage Interactive Services. Mr. Nejezchleb has a BS from Miami University of Ohio.
Director of Learning and Development
Kara Garcia is Director of Learning and Development for Smash Franchise Partners. She joined the company in January 2021 and leads the learning program, working closely with the Learning team to deliver highly valued content focused on growing revenue across the enterprise. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, Mrs. Garcia served as Director of Franchise Development for the fastest growing wellness franchise in the United States. Ms. Garcia has a BA from the University of Houston.
Director of Supply Chain, Safety, and Compliance
Dan McGill is Director of Supply Chain, Safety, and Compliance for Smash Franchise Partners. He joined the company in April 2022 and leads the supply chain team as well as managing safety and compliance. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, Mr. McGill was a small business owner in the landscaping industry and worked as a consultant with other green industry businesses. He brings a wealth of experience in business management, safety, and ability to adapt to changing economic challenges. Mr. McGill has a BS in Business Administration from IUPUI.
Director of Fleet Services
Joel Miller is Director of Fleet Services for Smash Franchise Partners. He joined the company in November 2018 and leads Vehicle Procurement, Rigging, and Parts Operations. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, Mr. Miller served in several leadership roles with Weatherford International, Chemoil Corporation, and Schaefer Mold. Mr. Miller is a 10-year veteran of the United States Army.
Field Team Director
Tim Hazzard is Field Team Director for Smash Franchise Partners. He joined the company in July 2020 as a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) and leads the FBC team. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, Mr. Hazzard served as FBC for Tire Pros. Mr. Hazzard has more than 25 years of experience in franchising, sales, and operations.
